Public Pages Content Management Home Page

This page provides access to the content management functions. Tools to publish, archive and delete pages and links are contained on the separate Page Organiser screen.

Topics, Pages, Items and Links

A Topic is a group of related pages of information.

Pages consist of text blocks and/or images, or may be a form, a table, or other information.

Links are clickable boxes, displayed alongside pages to provide site navigation.

Six Topic Blocks are displayed on the website home page Each is the Topic's clickable entry point. When a visitor clicks a block, the topic's home page is displayed. Other pages in the topic are accessed via links displayed alongside this page

All available topics are listed in the selection panel. Topics are classified as "Active", "New", or "Archive".

Active topics are the ones currently included on the website home page

New topics are generally under construction for future inclusion.

Topics no longer required on the public site are not deleted, but Archived. They can be restored if required for re-publication online.
