If you have special requirements e.g. easy access for disabled swimmers, please enter them in

Then click Submit Entry. Your entry will be acknowleged, and an email will be sent to you
confirming your requested details. |

You can enter another team by clicking Enter Another Team and amending the details as necessary.
If necessary you can click Cancel Entry even after you have submitted it. |
